    I'm glad we're gym buddies. Let me know and I will show you how to put your exercise in so you can keep track. It takes a small learning curve to get it, but it's quite easy. You can also put in your food eaten, etc and have a running total throughout the day, so you know how close/far you are from your nutrition goals.
