Time to get serious
Starting a weight loss challenge with my running friends to get fit for the summer / feel better about myself again. Day #3 of eating right. Keep it up!

Too much at Christmas & Marathon training
Topping out at 160 lbs plus after New Years this year was scary!! How did I let myself go again?!! This year I need to make a huge change... besides losing the weight, it is important when not dieting to log in my calories and make sure that my diet is balanced. This year is about treating my body right. I need to take the steps needed to get my weight back in shape and heal my PTT injury in my right leg. 6 pounds down and running... can't wait to be 150 again... 147 is even better! LET'S GO GIRL

vacation weight
After a 2 week trip down under and eating what I wanted for the past marathon training, i'm officially up over 10 pounds compared to my pre-wedding weight. This time around, I'm really going to try to implement betting nutrition habits that will last beyond this diet period!

post holiday weight surplus again...
Okay totally ate way too many cookies during Christmas and it caught up to me. Just signed up for my 3rd full marathon in Fargo and made a plan to implement a healthy lifestyle regimen for my husband and I (watching portions and going to the gym together at least 3 times per week for 30 minutes). Can't wait to see where this marathon training takes me!

post wedding weight
After denying it for the past few weeks, I have finally come to terms that the extra 5 pounds on the scale is not water weight. Sticking to a low cal, healthy snacking diet so that I don't end up where I was last year, especially with the holidays coming up!
