Building muscle
Maybe AmPatriot already mentioned this, but here it is again. I read a few body building books in my youth. The true way to build muscle mass is less repetitions and more weight. Try to do one set with no more than 8 reps with heavier weights. Your muscle group being worked might not be able to do even the 8 reps, but this is the true way to build mass. This is work. Be sure your heart is up to it. It does not take many minutes to do 8 reps to muscle exhaustion and you must do the reps slow especially on the way down. If you can do the 8 reps you are not using enough weight. Good form is needed so don't sacrifice form and safety with heavier weights if they break your form and hurt you. Once you have grown the muscles heck you can eat eat all the time and it won't even matter. :) Your muscles will need the food even at rest. I hope I remembered all these things right and good luck, Anti. I see you gained a pound or so, and this might be because you have gained weight by building muscle. This is a good thing!
