Smoothie
If you view my food for today (5/29/11) you will find the best smoothie recipe I know. It's incredibly good and healthy.

Looking back
I just deleted most of my messages so I could "restart" with Doug on Monday - but look at that message I posted. That workout (30 mins at 3.3, 2 miles in 20 on bike, those crappy intervals...) I can do those things in my sleep now. Would I be sweaty? Not enough to write home about. Apparently I'm actually getting in shape.

THATS how you do it!!!!!!!!
From now on, Matt, THAT'S how you do it. 30 mins treadmill warmup at 3.3, leg workout, 2 miles in 20 mins on the recumbent, boxing HARD for 20 minutes, treadmill intervals 3.5 for 5 mins, 4.7 for 5 mins, 3.5 for 5 mins, 5.0 for 4 mins, 3.5 for 6 mins and then cool down. I couldn't be more freaking sweaty but it's worth it!
