Ode to the Oatmeal
Oatmeal is a dieter's best friend because you fill up on grains and oats and water. It fills up your stomach, and you can add fruit for added flavor and nutrients. Try oatmeal for breakfast or lunch and see how long you stomach seems full during the day. Then try pasta for dinner with fish or poultry. Pasta absorbs large amounts of water and is low in calories if eaten by recommended serving size. These foods both contain large amounts of water and help you feel full for longer periods of time.
