A Healthy Experience
I'm glad you found DB useful for tracking foods / calories. If you are looking for a more in-depth (free) calorie tracker - you may also want to check out dailyplate.com or my-calorie-counter.com. Also, if you want more details about different foods in general, I'd highly recommend checking out nutrtiondata.com - it'll tell you anything and everything about a lot of different foods. :) Enjoy a happy and holiday season! :)

Daily Burn
Daily burn has really helped me stay organized with what I eat, how much I eat, and how many calories I burn. The most important thing I learned from dailyburn would be how much calories and protein I need to maintain a healthy diet. I also learned how much calories I burn a week thanks to daily burn. Thanks to this site, I now know how much I need to eat in order to gain weight (in a healthy way). Thankyou Miss B for introducing me to this site.

Comprehensive Program
Based on your profile log, it seems you're participating in regular physical activity and logging your workouts, but you're not doing it according to your comprehensive program plan. Why not? If you're doing the biceps and abs workout... then why didn't you incorporate those into your comp prog? Just curious. [NOTE: for additional comments about your specific program, you'll need to click on the program itself and scroll to the bottom.]

What a commitment!
I've said this before, but your commitment to your workouts are terrific. I imagine it must make you feel great at the end of the day. I took a sneak peak at your Thanksgiving meal and - boy! - lot's of good foods!! Did you know the typical meal is about 4500 kcals? Just wanted to motivate you to see if you can accomplish that goal of running 1 mile this week... since it'll be the last time we'll log our exercises for class! Keep up the good work.
