Segundo Dìa de 4HB
El día de ahora corri 8.14 km con mucha dificultad, creo que se debio a la faja para sudar, ya que dos días antes corri 10k sin problemas... vamos a ver si es la faja o fue el dìa de descanso.. veremos como vamos el viernes. De las comidas siento que estoy comiendo mucho y termino muy lleno, vamos a ver si despues de una semana de "comer bien" adelgazo algo.
