Cold: I am going to kick your ass.

Man, the lats still burn, two days after I worked them. Awesome. I rarely am able to work myself until I really feel like I've traumatized my muscles. I've got a bit of a cold today, but whatever. Might as well take the microbes for a run. We'll see if I can decimate my abs today.

About Me

I like to run. I like to lift. I like to do both until I am exhausted. Then, I feel awake and energized. Right now, I work in an industry of debauchery and silliness (I bartend), and try to bring strange rays of presence and unexpected candor into my relatively comatose surroundings. Counterbalancing: after all, I am paid to make people think less. Menial occupation aside, my passions lie in sociology, philosophy, and literature. Do that shit Socrates style, and talk while you're running/walking through the city.
