Cellie 54 just mentioned to me that she is having amazing results following the Paleo Plan and now and endorsement from you as well. I just purchased the book and will start reading now. Sounds like you are in tip top shape and I know you work for it. Keep taking care of yourself. And great to hear about the Thyroid meds; think it has anything to do with the Paleo Plan? Enjoy!

Returning to road cycling after a break. No objective goals as of yet. Just easing into a routine, with a close ear to what my body will be telling me. Perhaps some races this summer. Who knows. My current goals. - Raise FTP (Functional Threshold Power) - Raise CP20 (Critical 20 min Power) to 350 watts. - BF% to a single digit --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Forget all that.
