Increasing Weight
I guess the shake in the middle of the night is working, increasing weight..maybe too fast, but usually there is an asymptote coming up probably at 208lbs.

Tore some quad muscle
Did squats heard a pop, went to doctor said it might be a tear. limping have to do a scan..bummer

Gaining Weight
Increasing carbs is working, but added a protein shake in the middle night.two scoops next to the bed helps. Don't want to gain too fast.

Maintaining Weight
Not gaining enough weight. So I got to increase carbs. Goal is to be 210 in 5 weeks. Will lose some definition but Oh well.
