Sorry
I was on my husbands site when I wrote to you. this is a better picture of me. I belong to a group, non profit, that helps with wieghing in and support. maybe that would be a good support system for you. I belong to a local TOPS group, Take Off Pounds Sensibly, and they are a non profit and aren't expensive like others. Maybe they would help you? good luck

Ashley
I know that frustration. I am down about 90 pounds in 2 years. It takes a lot of work and alot of cooperation from your body. Are you tracking your calories and exercise for a total cals eaten minus exercise cals burned for a total? You may not be eating enough. It is hard to beleive, but it is true. Maybe your trainer can help you evaluate your food and exercise again. It does no one any good to not be truthful about what you eat. You are the only one that matters.
