Hi there! I'm sorry I didn't respond as promptly as I would have liked! I've been going to the gym a ton and as such have had too much difficulty trying to record everything, but I've lost almost 10 pounds since before Christmas! I weigh less than I have since my mission! Wow! Anyway, Mimi and I go 3-4 times a week and I have a gymbuddy, Erica, that also comes sometimes. (she's not on gyminee). Anyway I haven't figured out what I'm going to do about recording everything...i still want to but there's just a lot of information. i think i might just do paper and pencil and every once in a while enter it all into here...any thoughts???

Hi there!
Wow it's been awhile! Ironically mimi and I just went to the gym this morning! We have a goal to go 3x each week. I'll start recording my stuff again on here so that we can compare notes. Hey what are your goals? For now mine's just hitting 3x a week but I also want to get down to 180 lbs. So that's that. I ran only .5 miles today. Hey there was something else--oh yeah! Did you hear mom has lost 15 lbs. the last month!!!!?? Amazing! Anyway, hope to hear from you more on here. I'll start using it again!

Yes it does say how many calories you've burned! Dang! 1800!!! In a day! That's pretty amazing. You must be eating a ton.

So I finally started using this again. Hey thanks for being steady! I'm going to try really hard! I think it will be easier now that I log the 10-20 minutes of biking I do each day. Hey I totally didn't know you've been biking so much lately! 30 miles! Like 3 times in the last week! Good job! I hope you keep it going. I believe in you! Bike to Boise! Woo-hoo!

I biked!!!
It was at the gym, but I finally had a free hour so I went!!! It was great! I also found out I'm 194lbs! Yikes! I better get moving.
