Day Three
Ok, maybe a bit much today. Still trying to find the balance however to reach my goal I do need to keep calories up. Maybe a bit much cake, I will cut down on that tomorrow i think! Try to get the pasta up and enjoy a good workout too...

Day Two
OK getting there now. More calories consumed today then burnt off, but not by much. I pumped up the carbs through pasta, rice and sugary foods ands lollies aswell, don't worry this was just burnt off instead of fat during my workout today. I must say it is tough keeping up 3000 cal at means 3 big meals per day as well as plenty of snacks, I'll see how I go keeping it up during the week when I have a little less time. Fingers crossed...

Which has been very difficult for me in the past given my active lifestyle as a PT and sports development officer. Day one is not off to the greatest start expending more calories than consuming. Off to have an after dinner snack to get those calories up and hopefully better luck day two...
