I think architects do more than make sure buildings don't fall down. :) I think that's a fascinating subject and I'm glad to here you've found a way to balance both. I was in college and workingfull time when I started my fitness journey. No matter what, not even if it was 9 or 10 o'clock I got those workouts in. Some days were insane but I felt so good after. Besides, if you're going to make fitness a lifetime committment you have to make it work with your life. Sometimes it's a give and take.

Protein
Hey, good to hear from you. I don't know if too much protein can stall your progress, but I know your body does need carbs for fuel. At least it needs the good ones. And everyone is different. I say adjust your ratios for awhile and see what happens.
