thanks for the guidance! and inspiration!
so today was the first day i did cardio kickboxing dvd and it actually was a little easier than i thought! for some reason i thought you said this one was 50 minutes (i think you must have been talking about one of the others) and then i was relieved/shocked when it ended after 25 minutes! woohooooo. now i'm considering ordering the "trouble zones" or "banish the fat" dvd....which one do you recommend? :)
