    Back from ten days in France

    Eating and drinking too much for sure, but I did lots of exercise and am feeling pretty good. I did weights, skipping, heavy bag and body weight exercises. I did an hour BJJ today and felt great. I have weights with Su tomorrow, that will for sure be a tough one.

    Upping the training

    Started lifting again with a trainer at TTS. She is working me very hard. Today I had an hour lifting with her and then an hour BJJ with Alex this afternoon. I am feeling so much stronger and fitter than a month ago. That said the weights I am lifting with Su are very small. Squatting 40kg 4x12 reps is hard work.

    Weight down to 111.5

    Last week I did 4 days of protein only and was pretty relaxed for 3 days in France. Made a little more progress, taking my YTD fat loss to 5kg. This week I have done 2 days so far of protein. I feel a little dodgy, and need to do some exercise. Unfortunately work has been hectic. I have BJJ tomorrow and am starting with a new personal trainer for strength training on Thursday.
