100 days
and today is day 99. For 100 days I need to do my best to eat healthy and work out and have good habits. Come on, it's just 100 days. I can do this.

Stress eating
has made me gain 10 pounds. I'm sure I'll drop it back down if I actually work for it. I can smell someone else's lunch and it's making me want to eat but I'm not sure I'm actually *hungry* so I'm waiting until 2 to have my lunch.
