That's Something!
Hey man, give yourself credit. You are going down. Not maintaining, not gaining, but moving the scale the other way. That's something most people can't make happen. It might seem slow, and a lot of work, but in a year... if you lost 5 lbs a month, you would be under 200. I bet you would be happy with that eh? :-) Nice job!

The weight of things
For the time being, I'm back under 240 pounds; by just a hair at 239 but still! :) I had slipped above that, up to about 245. Still that's not too bad over the period of a few months. The runs with Kyle are helping. I'm feeling pretty good lately though. I'm gonna try to work in some weight lifting on the days i'm not running. maybe that will help.

I'm almost there!
i have 2 pounds to go! my goal is to hit 240lbs by Christmas. I'm actually a little excited. 240 is just my first goal, though. i thought it'd be better to set multiple smaller goals. turns out i was right. i haven't officially completed the first goal and i'm looking forward to the next one. :)

Weekly Weigh-Ins
I am game. Trying to get back into things myself, I have been pretty lax in workouts, my eating, the whole nine yards.

No Sweets November
I've been avoiding sweets for the month of november, and i've lost 6 pounds so far. You could try it in december, but then you might not enjoy the holidays as much. instead, for december, make yourself do more exercise on the days you have sweets
