About Me
I have always been very active. I love playing sports but I'm not particularly good at any of them. I just enjoy being physical. I live in Japan which a beautiful country. I love martial arts so it's a perfect place. I also enjoy playing raquetball. I want to lose 10lbs and try to be in the best shape possible before my 30th b-day in July!

AZ's Journal
Im good thanks and i dont blame ya being lazy to sumbit workouts cos i have laptop with my while i workout if i didnt would seem such a chore. My run is in july so yours will be first i havnt ran in 2 weeks my groin has been bad but will be starting next week. This didnt really work for me cos i over did it by working out on the night after doing this but you could try running as far as you can comftabley without over doing it then walking a while till ya make 10k then eventually build u to running the whole thing but start with like running 3 miles followed by walking 3 miles straight after to get use to the distance just a idea. Good to see ya back on here =] well done on the gaining muscle by the way and ye dont worry ya havnt lost weight

Hey, Good to hear from you. I'm stoked to be closer and closer to 60, I haven't been this weight for about 3-4 years. Feeling really good and starting to feel and look different. It's awesome, especially because I have gone way over with my calories some days. What are you doing for you birthday?

Changing things up
So, I've been working hard but the scale keeps on going up. I know I have gained muscle so I'm not too disappointed. This month I'm gonna add more cardio & explosive workouts to my routine. I'm slowly taking control of my eating habits. The snow has melted and it's getting warmer outside. Japan is beautiful in the spring so i'll be running out side often. I realized I only have 2 1/2 months until my b-day, so it's time to step it up!
