40 crazy lbs!
Holy beans. Seriously?! I'll take it. And run. Well, not yet. One day I want to be a runner. I want to be fast, and race. Even though at this point I'm not sure I can even do that. I want to rock climb. Real rocks. Not inside a gym. I want to hike the entire Appalachian Trail. I want to go cave tubing. And cliff diving. And wingsuit basejumping. First, I must get healthy. Lose some more weight. I've lost 40. My next goal is another 30 pounds to bring me down to 245. How do I do this? I need some accountability partners. I need to start walking daily. I need to call someone daily after my walks. I need daily accountability until I get hooked on exercise. And then, I'd like to turn around and be that for someone else. I want to catch that bug. That high. I've gotta start walking first.

Whoa.
I'm down 38 pounds since summer. June/July-ish. Just from making small changes like cutting out artificial sweetener; eating slower; not letting hungry be an emergency and eating until hunger is no longer distracting me, but not until I'm stuffed. Praise God! This rocks :) Now I think I need to step it up and make some more effort-y type changes. :)

Hey, i totally can relate, i used to weigh a little over 300 lbs. Calories can add up really fast!!!! it's really crazy, BTW i drink BLUE DIAMOND almond milk as well, it's very delicious =). HOPE YOU FEEL BETTER!
