Hey Man, I am not quite there...I am cycling my calories, down for two days, maintenance, down for three, maintenance. Repeat. But I have a tendency to sometimes not get the daily burn auto generated goals deleted before I update my goals and the system auto sends out a brian met his goal alert to everyone. UGH! Oh well...yes, I am continuing the gradual cut. I am down to around 9% body fat currently. I am trying a three day low carb diet to see if it makes any difference to my overall weekly loss. As I said I have been taking things slow. From your profile pic it looks like you have added a good bit of mass. Good job!

Holy crap! My friend Brandon convinced me to try a plate per side on incline and I definitely had doubt, I mean, my heaviest was 122.5 x 3! Some friends of mine crowded around and gave/shouted me friendly motivation. I [i]couldn't[/i] fail this... and got it twice! Sick stuff... I'm so happy

Yes mate! I was just playing around to be honest, But if you go to your locker room then on the right hand side scroll down to 'My Goals' then click the + next to 'body' Its great reading you workout journal on bb.com, think i'll have to start posting on there soon rather than lurking!
