Stress = working out
I need more stress in my life to work-out. I've been trying to go the gym but haven't didn't make to the gym in 3 weeks until this week. Why? Because I was stressed out and need to release some tension. So that's why you haven't seen me on here, because I haven't been watching what I eat, nor have I been working out. But lets hope all that changes.

Been really busy
So it's been awhile since I've been on this website. I've just been really busy, but that doesn't mean that I've been slacking on my workouts. I've been twice a week to the gym and walking as much as I could. I haven't been jogging outside due to the fact that it's freezing here in Chicago and it started snowing. We got 5 inches on Tuesday and we should be getting some more snow today. But here I am. I'm going to try to update my Gyminee page more often. -Luis-

Joined Bally's
So I just rejoined Bally's Total Fitness. I used to have membership there before, but as of March of 08 my membership expired and I didn't renew it. But I now got a very good offer and decided to join. It should help me out in acheiving my goals of losing weight and building muscle. So if your in Chicago and go to the Washington St. Bally's, then you just might see me there.

Starting up
So back in 2005 I separated for my wife and divorced in 2006. My goal was to lose weight, build mussle and eventually feel good about myself. Well, 2008 is almost over and I haven't lost any weight. I did join a gym and lost about 20 lbs and stayed at about 180 lbs, but in March of this year my membership expired and I didn't renew it. I have since gained those 20 lbs back and am at 200 lbs now. So my goal and hopefully utilizing this site to it's best, is to lose all this weight and finally reach my goal.
