    Upward and Onward

    2 1/2 mths ago I started a journey - I finally made up my mind to focus on health and shed a few pounds. I started eating 6 meals per day and working out between 5-6 days per week. I have so far shed 27 lbs and counting. I am hoping to shed an additional 20 lbs. The additional benefit of this is I haven't suffered from Migraines in the past few mths (not sure if there is a connection). I have seen too many people in my age group become ill and will do whatever I can to stay away from having to take medications for chronic illness. My FOCUS is OPTIMAL HEALTH
