Body weight ...
Your body weight progress chart is linear, all the way down. Where do you plan to stop? Is not this much loss enough?

Good to see you back ...
Good to see my biggest motivator back! I am also getting back to running+gym after a 3 week break. Ah, here begins the slow grinding climb back to prime form again :-)

Oddly enough...
I was quite worried that I would have packed on the pounds thanks to a month of enforced inactivity, but quite surprisingly I weighed in at my lowest this year :). I know I've lost a lot of muscle mass, but at least some of the fat has gone with it..

Getting back on track
After being laid low for just over a month by illness and a bad back, I finally went back to the Gym today. Lacked the usual rhythm I had but managed to do almost the same distance I was doing before (albeit at a lower ramp).
