    I'm a bit confused with the Gyminee organization. Does each of your workout have just one exercise in them or many? I added many exercises into one workout, but not finding it intuitive to use that way.

    Crunch

    I find the crunch a bit hard and demotivating. I do the declined crunch instead, which I find a lot more fun to do since pumping up to reach the knees is easier.
