Gray scare ...
Now see what looking at gory pictures of ligaments has done! I've become super sensitive about my knee and didn't go running cause I felt something "different" in the left knee. I would've ordinarily just ignored it since it's not a pain, just a feeling. Wonder how many days this scare will last! :-)

Gray's ...
I looked up ACL today in Gray's Anatomy. And the queasy images in there reminded me why I didn't study medicine. The knee is full of ligaments, cartilage and interlocking bones!!!

This "amp it up" just might be working
"Cold" weigh-in put me at 88 kg today :-)

ACL
Just read through the ACL page at Wikipedia. ACL is the most common knee injury it says. I had thought that the most common that was something exterior like the knee cap. I will look up ACL tomorrow in my Gray's Anatomy tome and learn more. How did you injure your ACL? How has the knee felt in the years after surgery?

Ligament Surgery
How long has it been since surgery? What exactly was operated on and affected by the surgery? Related: Wrong running stances can unnecessarily increase the load on the knee (and other parts of the leg). You might want to read about it and keep an eye out on your stance. Also, your legs will thank your goal of weight loss.
