Legs...ugh
The sprints today were horrible because my quads are burning from yesterday's leg workout. On the plus side, my legs will be much more toned than they've been in the recent past. Still as muscular down low as ever, but not as fit, that's for sure.

Day 3
Yesterday's 60-sec sprints were absolutely killer. Today my triceps gave out during extensions. They felt very good afterward, but they're a far cry from where they used to be. On the plus side, the abs bench routine was easier, and I did it twice.

Day 1
I'm crazy sore from the Wed workout of the Mens Health Workout...chest and back day. I can hardly lift my arms to wash my hair. This is gonna be a good program.

First workout of 2009
Went to Ramsey yesterday for the first time since like September. I did the pyramid bench press workout at the 250-lb peak successfully and did bent-over bench rows with 60-lb dumbbells. Ran 1 mile. About an hour all told.
