Lazy Days
I have been slacking on entering my meals. Today I am getting back on track. I was able to obtain a gym membership today with great discount through my jobs corporate wellness program. I am so excited cant wait to really get started working out using gym equipment. In the past going to the gym has been very effective for me. I have not been overeating to I think once I began exercising more I will be on my way to some serious weigh loss.

Staying On Track
This week I have found it difficult to stay on track with my workouts because of grad school, work, and household chores. I have been working out at home using programs from exercise TV instead of getting a gym membership that would cost an arm and a leg. The only issue with this is I feel like I am not getting the same results and structure the gym offers.

Weight loss Journey
I am on week three of my 5 day a week workout journey. I haven't really lost any weight yet and I am feeling kind of disappointed. I am putting forth the effort to change my diet but it seems like I am missing something in this process. My goal is to get back to a health weight and stay there. How long is this going to take? I see people on TV saying they lost tremendous amounts of weight just doing aerobics and eating right every day, well I am doing the same thing. Where is this weight loss journey going?
