Title...
Thanks - was a very welcome milestone, although I also remember a time when I was mortified to find I had put on so much weight that i was nearing 200. The years tend to change perspective. Got myself a new set of dial-up weights to celebrate - although they are still in the box... Unfortunately, had a cold and been travelling a lot for work, so seem to be stalled at the 200 level. My goal is 30 rows between beginning of February and end of March - way behind at the moment.

What I am doing
Want to shed about 40-45 lbs. Started November 19, 2009 at 234. Changed my diet using Eat Clean. Working out with rowing machine (Concept 2) 3 or 4 times per week. Going to gym for 45 mins 2 or 3 times per week. Travel a lot so I try to carry a cooler with healthy food wherever I go.
