    Ya i know what you mean, im not treating alot of the food as gospel. the noodle box was difficult to figure out because it was take away. so i kinda had to guess. According to dailyburn they estimate i should be eating about about 2400 calories a day, the goal i have for my calories now is based on a diet that dailyburn established to allow me to lose about half a kilo per week (assuming i consume about 1900-2000 calories. However iv been trying to reach the minimum of 1200 calories (1500-1600 through food, then -300ish through exercise) again im using daily burn as more of a guideline, just as a way to track what i eat, and give me a general idea of the amount of energy im consuming. prior to starting i was easily eating around 3000 per day. I have gotten use to eating about 1500ish calories, though it gets a lil difficult the moment u start drinking :(

    loving dailyburn... its been fairly rough adjusting to eating about 1000 less calories a day, i dont remember the last time i ate this little intentionally....
