    Calorie Goals

    They're very intense. I don't know if I can keep up with eating this much for much longer. Granted, I can eat that much food, but I'm constant eating. All the time! SO MUCH FOOD. And the carb, fat, and protein requirements knock down a lot of the options that I have when it comes to foods. Eating so much while doing it cleanly is incredibly difficult.

    Lost track of time at the gym today. I'm not sure exactly how long I was there, but it certainly felt like more than an hour and a half.

    I kicked my usual routine up a half a notch today and was surprised at how much it took out of me (in a good way). On the other hand, the numbers really didn't look that impressive and the exhaustion really didn't last. Maybe a good thing, maybe not. Not a big deal, either way.

    Yesterday I was really tired. I didn't get the reps or the weight that I was hoping for. I was kind of out of it. Hopefully I'll make up for it today.

    Last Night

    Did 55 pushups late last night. I was feeling disgusting and needed something to do. Two blocks of 20 pushups, then one block of 15 (not in that order).
