    It sounds like you have some great factors contributing to your motivation: your gym is close by and you seem very comfortable being in a fitness/athletic environment. In terms of getting a close friend or loved one to come with you to wrkout, you may want to consider asking them what their personal, program, environmental motivators are! :) But until then, be sure you take care of yourself first by keeping active! :)

    It seems you have created several custom workouts under your workout-tab. However, I cannot what your comprehensive design is because you haven't combined your individual workouts (muscle, cardio, flexibility) into one program. So, although i can see the individual exercises, I cannot determine the days of the week each workout will be completed or when your rest days are. But in looking at your individual wrkouts - I can tell that you have selected very good cardio and flexibility options. In terms of your muscle workout, I might suggest adding more exercises that stress the back, shoulder, glutes and hamstrings. Currently your program seems heavy on quads and core work. :) If you have any questions, please let me know! :)

    Daily Burn

    1. I learned the importance of knowing what types of foods I am consuming and what each one contains. 2. I learned that tracking my workouts is extremely important because it gives you an idea of how many calories you have burned. 3. The daily burn was extremely important because it gave you an idea of what percentage of carbohydrates, fat, protein, fiber, and sodium you have consumed for the day. It also provided you with a daily calorie breakdown. I will continue to use this in the future. 4. This class has provided me with great insight that I will use in the years to come.
