Cardio as a necessity
Goal is to do three or four hours of cardio (cycling) per week. This should keep me slim no matter how much vegan food I eat. I also am doing deadlifts now and taking a plant protein shake (SunWarrior Raw Protein, blend of cranberry, pea and hemp protein).

Veggie burgers, sausages, chicken nuggets, etc
Most taste better than the real frozen processed thing! They're really good if they are "fixed up" ie add pickles, onion, BBQ sauce, peppers, giardiniera, vegan cheeses etc. Now I must find a vegan pizza! (I did, just tell em to make it with no cheese. must add giardinia!)

Supplements Starting 12-2011
L-Glutamine (On): 5-10 g per day. Vitamin D (up&up): 2000 IU per day. Vegan Omega 3 (Ovega-3): 500 mg per day. Vitamin B12 (Sundown): 500 mcg per day. Biotin (NatureMade): 2500 mcg once a week.
