Veggie burgers, sausages, chicken nuggets, etc
Most taste better than the real frozen processed thing! They're really good if they are "fixed up" ie add pickles, onion, BBQ sauce, peppers, giardiniera, vegan cheeses etc. Now I must find a vegan pizza!

Supplements Starting 12-2011
L-Glutamine (On): 5-10 g per day. Vitamin D (up&up): 2000 IU per day. Vegan Omega 3 (Ovega-3): 500 mg per day. Vitamin B12 (Sundown): 500 mcg per day. Biotin (NatureMade): 2500 mcg once a week.
