I don't know how often you get on or if you'd be available to chat sometime, but i've got a couple questions for you... like... i've discovered i gain weight when i eat honey nut cheerios, regardless of milk choice. do you have foods that just simply make you fat? i'm pretty much willing to avoid cereal now.

vacation
vacation til may 6th! sticking to working out but nutrition is slacking a little. ill be back in full force soon, can:t wait...my good habits have stuck well though. i actually turned down many free beers and sodas. :O

I've thought about you and wondered how you've been doing!! I'm so glad you're still kicking this! I just hate logging stuff...and I've moved 5x in the past year...about to again... so internet access has been limited... Dude you're rocking! I could use some tips coming up here shortly :)

Hard Times
Things have been really tough for me lately with managing my hunger and pushing through to keep working at my goal. Thinking about all you have done and watching your progress really helps me to believe that I can do it too. Your food logs give me ideas too, so thanks for still filling those out.
