Back from Italy....
I can't even weigh myself just now....I know only that I've lost my way and want in earnest to lose 15 pounds, gain muscle and definition in the next 6 weeks. My goal....135 lbs....my guess being that I have 15 pounds (urgh) to lose to get there. Lulu and I will try together. I will soon be on camera and it's time to feel GREAT in my clothes. 5 hours of walking each week, 3 days of weights and 1200 calories a day for SIX WEEKS! Please help me Universe, God....to achieve my goal!!

Not sure why this is so difficult to follow...
I'm frustrated with how easy it is for me to NOT exercise or watch exact calories. I'm not as concerned with the calories as I tend to eat well and not overdo TOO much. I feel better when I exercise but find all manner of things to NOT do it, work, projects, other commitments...use sleep or the need to rest as an excuse. I tried on clothes and found the state of my behind NOT where I want it...at the same place as where I started. SURE that building muscle is the key and regular NOT LONG, but consistent weight training. So, I will continue to try.

Goals for by the end of April
I want to take off ten pounds and get my body fat percentage to 22% and soon 20%. I am working with Brian on training once a week and have the goal of a consistent weight program 3 times a week with at least 2 hours of cardio a week to help burn fat and to run my dogs!
