Thanks! Shows how bad I've been .. diet and exercise are back on point, and pretty big change after a solid week of it ... week 2 will likely taper a bit as the body adjusts ... and by then habits will be sustained and should see consistent changes for the weeks to come!!! Keep it up on your side too buddy!!!
