Abs
You were an animal. You should post a picture of the 6-pack. At my age, I cannot play basketball or baseball anymore, so the competitions i participate are limited to the Daily Burn variety. I think I lost around 3-4 pounds also and i continue with the workout. However, my practice is starting to prevent me from the three hour workout days. Good luck in your sports related activities. finally, only a 70hr work week...
Trying to make time isn't easy but now hooked up with apps, a few days off soon, and the weather is picking up...i sense a new approach soon... hoping to get a lot of riding in this coming week.

trying to find a routine...
Abs/crunches are the anywhere, any time thing right now . both work schedules and other responsibilities are eating up a lot of my time . Can't ride to work, can't find a weekday for the gym, and runs come around midnight if at all. ...I working the abs while I anticipate spring break, summer vacation, hell run, possibly warrior dash, vball,a few 5k's, tour de cure, and pedal to the point this year

winter work schedule...
...is killing me . drives me crazy and steals away my gym time...gained weight (up to 186 not long ago) but been holding near 182 lately and had a few great workouts(908lb reps on legs, mile runs between 6:57 and 7:12, and stationary rides averaging 23-25 mph...if the rest of the workout could just follow i'd be pretty content). hope i hold between 176 and 184 this winter...gotta be ready for more fun when the weather breaks in the spring!...introducing a few better habits for now.

bronchitis rocks!
loved going back to ER to be reminded what asthma can do. hadnt used an inhaler in 4yrs. breathing treatment, Rx, and replaced inhaler that expired in '08---looks like I'm ready to take on another personal challenge----
