bellas's Journal
welcome back!
YAY! so glad to see you back on here. glad you've been working out, but you're right in saying that you need to be logging every day. I've learned that you can work out as much as you want, but real, lasting change doesn't happen until you clean up your diet. I've also JUST started logging on weekends, which is helping to keep me in check while I'm out and about!

Advice
As far as food, I dont' see anything in your journal so I really can't say. So my first piece of advice would be to journal everything consistantly. What kind of workouts are you doing?

I'm Alive
Hi all, sorry I haven't logged in awhile I have some crazy work hours I just couldn't manage. But thats no excuse... I need to be hard on myself to get back in the swing of things. I think my problem is that I was pushing myself real hard for months and didn't see any results so i got feed up. I was working out 6 days a weeK and eating right as well. I think I'm having major problems with my calorie intake. Any advice?? Please help:(
