Getting back into it in '10
So the last few months I've been slacking on my working out, but I'm hoping to get back into it. With all the travel and eating in restaurants it's been hard, but I think it's time to put the rubber to the road

Almost there!!!
Finished my 5th Moksha Yoga (actually Yin Yoga) class last night. 2 more to go and I will have hit that goal. I must say I'm finding it difficult to track calories/meals on this site. In order to do so, I have to create a lot of recipes/foods which becomes time consuming...hopefully in time this will get better. Hrm...what to eat for lunch today?
