Darn it all
Well, I weighed in today and I'm up 0.5lbs. Although I did have to eat the majority of my calories yesterday after 8pm, so it may be that my stomach isn't empty like it normally is when I'd weigh myself when I get up. I'll weigh again tomorrow morning to know for sure.

First lunch eating out
Alright, so my friends at work wanted to go to lunch today. I think I put my food in right, but not sure. I hate not knowing for sure haha but I know it's going to happen. I did have some calamari type stuff, and I found that I would have rather had something not breaded. I must be getting used to not eating the bad stuff anymore! I did limit the amount of it I had. So for first lunch out, I'd give myself 3 out of 5. I would give myself 4 if I had gotten skinless chicken instead, but this was a lunch buffet place and it looked horrible lol.

Hello!
Well, I've been overweight most of my life, I once went down to 180lbs (2002), but I just stayed there for about 3 months or so, and then a big jump right back to 230lbs, then after around 3 years, went down to around 200lbs, and then back to 230 again... I've been around this weight for another 3 years now... I guess it's enough and I'm really commited to losing this extra weight for my own health... Let's keep it up and lose those extra pounds :)
