Reflection
It's amazing how much more conscious we are of our health habits when we know others are watching :) As far as figuring out your caloric expenditure... check out this site: http://www.hsc.edu/fitness/calculators/calories.html

Reflection Journal
A) From entering my food journal on a daily basis I was able to learn what I am really putting into my body. The amount of fat from junk food like my daily chocolate habits was awful. I cut way back on that and my pizza addiction and actually lost a few pounds and my face/skin looks amazingly better!! B) Tracking my workouts got me into a better habit of exercising especially knowing that everyone was watching and could see my grade. This made me try that much harder to actually get up off the couch. Thank you. C) Gyminee was helpful in helping me figure out nutrition goals and how much of what I should be consuming. It was a wakeup call. It is cool seeing what I eat on a pie chart. D)I believe I will continue using Gyminee. I would like to stay involved. I like the forums area. People are very commited to this and enjoy giving advise and want to help you succeed and I like that. E) The only thing I wish Gyminee had more of is when you enter how long you walked or cleaned, etc that it would automatically figure out the approx. caloric expenditures for you. It is a pain to go find that on your own. Would be very helpful.

Great job this week on the forums. Hopefully you've received a lot of feedback from your running question. Getting into running is definitely challenging, but I saw someone had suggested the Couch to 5K program. It's a great program, definitely should check that one out. Also, I think it's great that you've taken it upon yourself to really embrace the knowledge you have learned in this class up to this point and shared the wealth with others! :)

Hey!
It looks like you are doing a really great job working out and eating right. Even though some of the foods are a little high in calories, they are healthy choices! I see that you like to do primarily cardio, so do I! I don't know if you have ever thought about trying it out...but racquetball is awesome. I played it one time and couldn't stop! Keep up the great work!
