Thank you! If you don't mind me asking, how did you find the blog? Since it's still pretty new, it would be helpful to know what's working. Travel adds a new challenge. I used to travel a lot for my job. Airports are really tough, tons of fast food and not a bowl of oatmeal in sight. :) My best suggestion is plan. If you can plan ahead of time or look at the menu before you go to eat it makes it easier to make better choices.

So my rather spectacular weight gain has to be down to the cheese fondue I shared with colleagues last night.....Not a drama, as I'm pretty much at my target weight and have been for the last five months, but it's still annoying. No more chocolate croissants until some of that has gone!

OK, I gained 400g....
....was it the salmon I had for dinner on Monday? Probably not, my weight seems to depend a lot on how much water I drink........It's still pretty frustrating though!
