Started 4th week of P90 Master Series. Haven't skipped a day (made up a lost day on a different day), but did feel willpower of diet fading a little. However, some compliments at yesterday's new year's eve party reinvigorated me to keep pushing myself, and that's what I will do.

In the middle of the summer of 2010, I reached 193.5 lbs after a good amount of swimming and other activities. Such a good feeling, especially after being in the 230 range the previous summer. However the rigors of school caused me to just back to the 205-210 range by the beginning of the summer of 2011. Discouraged, I made a goal to, at the least, reach that 193.5 goal soon. Lots of setbacks and restarts along the way, I'm happy to finally have reached that. Most impressive to me is doing this in the middle of the holiday season! While reaching my goal, I don't plan on stopping there. I've adjust myself to enjoy exercise and even at times crave it, so why stop that. Can't wait to get even lower.
