Meal Plan Guidelines
Daily 6 small meals 10 cups of H2O 1/2 - 2 scoops of protein powder (with vitamins & minerals) supplement/ gummy vitamin Before each meal drink 1 cup of H2O 1-2 servings of greens minimum 3 servings of legumes minimum 1-2 servings of fresh raw fruit 1-2 servings of fresh raw vegetables 3 servings of whole grains (1 at each main meal) 1 dessert per day Daily Calorie Intake: 2200kcal max - 20% min Protein - 20%min Fat -60% max Carbs 40 grams of Fiber minimum Weekly Minimize alcohol consumption to 1 glass of wine per day during week and a few drinks during wkend 1-2 meals eaten out per wk max Avoid processed foods as much as possible, and all that Avoid Dairy Check to see gluten response
