And yet again...
Down to 212 lbs. Started the P90X program on Monday. So far not a bad program. Had a difficult time passing my Fitness Test last week--in fact I failed the damn thing. Hence the new workout program. Career is on the line this time around. Weight goal around 190; couple inches off the waist would be good to.

Back in the saddle again.
A lot has happened in the last 11 months to really throw off my goals. I'm ready to give it another shot; starting Monday I will be starting a weight training and running regiment. The mandatory PT schedule my job forces on us makes it difficult to maintain my own workout schedule. Just have to see how it flies.

What a waste.
I did all that work. Then I got lazy, and now I have to start all over again. Well here it goes again. I still have the same goals nothing has changed there. Have a new job, in a new state and a chance to re-invent myself. Need to stay motivated.

Now what...
Well I finished the belly off program. It did kick my ass, but I did see the difference. I didn't lose all the weight I was hoping to, but I feel stronger and better. I guess thats what counts. I'm starting a new 12 week weight training regime on Monday. I'll keep you posted.
