Oh Dear :(
Well... it's been stressful and I fell of the new life "wagon" and went back to my bad lifestyle in a big way. Hoping today is the start of getting back ito shape, so sad how quickly it came back!

Back from Holiday...
And I've put about 3-4lbs on... not terrible but I was actually hoping to drop a few whilst out in Vietnam but it was Tet and the food was pretty special hahaha but I did get intot the gym 3 or 4 times so that helped a little... no excuses I have a long weekend so I'm planning to get int he gym everyday to kick start my routine again!

Oh dear...
Not a good week at all... enough said! back down the gym this morning for an 1hr or so and will try again tonight to squeeze in another workout... got to stop that rot setting in :D
