You broke the 200 pounds barrier! :)
Bravo! :) Feels good to be below 200 no? I recently lost a lot of weight quickly because I caved in and I resorted to a rather drastic diet (the type usually not recommended ;P) to lose my final 10 pounds. Everyone said I would gain everything back right away. I only regained 3 pounds instantly but have maintained myself at 180 for over two weeks.I don't regret having tried it now! :)
