I'm a suburban dad living life, learning, sharing and surfing the net...and getting healthier! I've lost weight many times before and eventually gained it back. This time around I started back on June 1, 2009 with a mission to lose 40 pounds before I turned 40 on September 26, 2009. I definitely met that goal (almost 60!) and now I am working towards 100 pounds lost.

Making Progress Slowly but Surely
Wasn't very successful tracking over the weekend, but still down a couple of pounds. I'm going to focus on logging all food, drink and exercise this week. Hoping to keep the cardio up a notch and get over the 60 pounds lost hump....for good!

Back on track.
It's been a while since I tracked my food and drink 100%. Well, almost a week that is. It's partially due to the fact that I'm switching from Livestrong to Daily Burn. However, everything is recorded for today and we're moving forward! Today's workout was with EJ. I started off doing 3 mile in about 12 minutes on the recumbent bike. After that, we went through a boxing routine. A lot of punches and hooks...it was a lot of fun. We finished off with 100 push-ups, about 40 of them "regular", although nowhere close to proper form. After that, a few ab exercises...one set...100 total.
