New beginnings
October 31, 2010 I start over in the morning. I need to do this, I need to make this change for myself - not for anyone else. Exercise, meditation, prayer, stretching, and healthy eating... this is what my new life is all about. Stress is a killer. I need to reduce the stress of my family life and work life. It drives me to eat. Late at night, when the day begins to slow, I start to eat. This must be replaced with a healthier late evening plan. Go to bed early. Period. If all I do is eat late at night, then go to bed. Can't sleep? Then work on meditations and prayers that will ease yourself into a soft sleep. It will work. Have faith. Keep reminding yourself, you can do it... you did do it... you will do it again. 220 was nothing then, you will surpass it in time. Time. That is key. Don't rush it. Don't expect too much. Pounds will shed... with time. Don't get frustrated and disappointed on slower weeks. The healthy lifestyle is what counts, the new habits form slowly, but will form... with time.
