220 and dropping!
Well, I hit another marker in my sojourn to 185! I am feeling great and enjoying watching the pounds shed off. I have gotten a lot of feedback on my weight loss, which is a great motivator. My face is noticeably thinner, and my stomach looks to me as if it is getting smaller as well as my man boobs! I can't wait to hit sub 200! I looked at a wedding photo this morning and can't wait to get back to that size!

Sub 225!
Losing weight and exercising is becoming obsessive! I never dreamed I could have this much fun with this. Thank you dailyburn.com. You've been a great catalyst for me.

Happy with progress so far
Well, I have been sticking to the diet and the fitness routine and I've lost 6 pounds since I started (4 since using dailyburn). I just got back from an hour walk and I'm icing my knee. I hope I didn't aggravate it. We'll see how it feels later tonight!

Starting to get serious
I went to the doctor today to check on my knee as I'm wanting to continue my running and burning of calories to reach my goal of 200 pounds. I've been working hard to stay around 2100 calories a day on intake, and I've had pretty good success this week. I can't wait to see the new me and a few months!
